McKenzie Sandroni is currently completing her 4th year of graduate school as our Audiology Clinical Extern from the University of Memphis — she brings unique ideas, creativity, and experience to the Thrive team. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi with a double minor in Art and in Education. In graduate school, she has earned her Public Health Certificate and will graduate with her Doctor of Audiology in May of 2025. McKenzie’s passion for the profession of audiology lies in hearing and cognition, treatment for hearing loss, public health, tinnitus treatment, and hearing conservation. She enjoys getting to know her patients so she can provide a holistic approach to their hearing healthcare and guide them in their journey to better hearing. Her education and experience in public health allow her to design programs at the population level of prevention when it comes to cognitive decline and hearing conservation. McKenzie has the skills, experience, and passion to do what is best for each patient she sees and is an asset to Thrive in many ways.
