Remote Consultation and Care is a powerful way to use modern technology to our patients’ benefit. By performing consultations online, we can give expert medical advice without risking the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19. We still offer in-person appointments as well if you prefer a more hands-on hearing care experience.

If you are worried about your health or being exposed to COVID-19 if you travel to our clinic, or if you simply want to avoid the hassle of travel, we have you covered. Remote Care Appointments are another way to get the quality hearing care you deserve.
The process is easy! After booking the appointment, we’ll send you an email with a link. Just click that link a few minutes before your appointment and you will be taken through a simple process to join one of our hearing care experts. Most modern laptops and mobile devices like phones or tablets can be used for your remote appointment. Of course, we still offer in-person appointments the same as ever!

In response to the COVID-19 virus, we are now offering Remote Care Appointments. These appointments are a safe and convenient way to see us for assistance with your hearing issues without needing an in-person visit.
As with most things these days, there is an app for that! We use the Oticon Remote Care app. It works on most Apple and Android devices, including both phones and tablets/iPads.
Oticon Remote Care is an app that allows real-time testing and consultation with your hearing care professional (requires Oticon Opn hearing aid firmware 6.0 or later). The Oticon app allows remote fine tuning, video and audio calls, and text messaging with your hearing care professionals at Thrive Hearing. It’s a convenient way to receive consultations and adjustments.
